Integrity, energy, hard work and creative service are the hallmarks of Kim's longtime real estate business. A native Floridian with a degree from the University of Central Florida, she began her career in Orlando. Awarded "Rookie of the Year," Kim has been a top producer ever since.

She and her husband moved to Naples in 1999, finding it the perfect place to raise their two children. Kim's real estate career continued to flourish here, as she once again earned the title of Top Producer at a local brokerage firm, ranking in the top one percent out of 1,200 agents. She was recently named to Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate by ranking in the top 10 percent of her market and demonstrating expertise in the marketing and sale of luxury properties.

To Kim, her home is where her heart is. Despite her professional successes, her family has always come first. She has happily dedicated significant amounts of time and energy to helping her special needs adult child, and others like him, to find outlets for growth and development. In addition, she has loyally supported her husband, Gary, who serves as vice mayor of the City of Naples. Kim is a giver.

When she can arrange free time, Kim loves to travel with her husband and/or friends, of which she has many. A natural athlete, she can often be found working out with her trainer or on a golf course mastering her swing.

Kim continually researches the local real estate market, using her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. She and her team diligently work with all parties involved in a transaction to ensure that communication is initiated in every detail, from first phone call to closing.
